I decided to join Kilfit at the beginning of 2018. I started with boot camp classes, then I joined the Transformation Challenge and OMG it was so much fun! My coach Pamela is so knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise movements. Arna has been my personal trainer for a year and I have seen outstanding results during that time.
